Models

Quartz enables any company to create a model representing the way each organization value pipeline dynamics.

With Quartz any companies can create a sales pipeline model to understand the pipeline dynamics, and evaluate pipeline health or opportunity health.

It also helps every members to benchmark themself, by comparing their performance to the model - what is expected - and other team members.

A model is a set of customizable key performance indicators, known as properties. For each property customer define a score. Quartz deliver the behind the scenes calculations to set values for each of these properties.

Models spans multiple dimensions :

  • prospect engagement

  • opportunity

  • sales methology

There are currently 2 different models available in Quartz.

  • the Pipeline Model for modelizing pipeline dynamics - used to evaluate Pipeline and Opportunity Health

  • the Team Model for modelizing teams and members behaviors - used to evaluate and benchmark teams and members

Each model can be customized and configure by choosing relevant metrics
