Actions
Quartz Actions offer a way to leverage Metrics and Signals by generating next best actions for each pipeline, opportunity and team member.
Once a situation is spotted and detailed, it gives a "What to do next" instruction, by combining data and best practices.
Actions are written in natural language.
E.g when Actions related to Pipeline are enabled, it leverages data (snapshot and historical) to clearly fire an actionable instruction like :
currently running pipeline 27% below the waterline, requires $250K (or 12 opportunities) to get confidence again.
existing opportunities (123412341, 544453, 345235) are considered stalled and show low customer engagement, requalify contacts and add 3 contacts to
