Win rate

Win rate is the percentage of opportunities won (or closed-won deals) from the total number of opportunities closed, whether lost or won over a specific period of time.

  • a year-to-date (YTD) win rate : which is the close rate for the ongoing period starting on the first day of the fiscal year.

  • a quarterly win rate : for each elapsed quarter

  • a quarter-to-date win rate for current quarter

  • and historical win rates for previous years and quarters.

Close Rate

The Close rate represents the percentage of opportunities that are successfully converted into customers (or closed-won deals) over a specific period of time. Quartz provides several close rates :

  • a year-to-date (YTD) close rate : which is the close rate for the ongoing period starting on the first day of the fiscal year.

  • a quarterly close rate : for each elapsed quarter

  • a quarter-to-date : for current quarter

  • and historical close rates for previous years and quarters.
